In this event. I’ll teach acrobatic yoga for beginner’s level and basic gymnastic movements. Acro Yoga: Foundation for basics, basing & flying. Including the importance of spotting, safety and alignment. You’ll also learn to adjust your body and posture and partner stretching.
Gymnastic Movements: Fun movements to help you increase you flexibility & strength -Forward Roll -Backward Roll -Bridge -Backbend -Cartwheel
Me, my background is sports. I’ve been training in many sports since I was young. I’m good at self-practicing and aim to spend time to create a productive work for myself. What I’ve learnt from my experience are mostly about to know my own body, ability and power, and know the works that get me to another level. I share what I’ve been through from my own experience.
