This months meeting will be an introduction to gymnastic rings. We will discuss topcs such as the importance of the false grip, and why strengthening the bracilis is so important. As well as showing drills and some necessary skills in deveolping upper body strength using this clever apparatus.
Carl started his movement journey as a teenager with martial arts (Hung ga) at Lam Tang Kung Fu Academy where he completed the instructors program and became a senior student with 6 years experience. After realizing gaps in training he started lifting weights which lead to calisthincs and adult gymnastics with over 10 years experience.
The Bangkok Moement Collective is a group of movement specialist in the greater Bangkok area dedicated to bringing the community quality instruction in a number of disciplines.

Join others that share your passions and join a growing community that enjoys moving! We will meet on the last Satuday of each month!
