Opposing gravity is literally what your skeletal and nervous systems do for you every single day with or without your awareness and sensitivity of said fact.

So let us talk movement what is it and why is it important to you?

Movement is the basis of awareness, the more you're aware of yourself the better you move. Movement can be described as any muscular activity, breathing is movement, and even picking your nose is movement in general. The quality of your movement describes how well your nervous system is performing against gravity to maintain your structural alignment.

What do we mean when talking about being a mover?

A mover is someone whose focus is on moving with complex movement qualities in the most efficient way possible by gaining greater self-awareness through bodyweight manipulation.  The focus really is directed at performing quality actions that when observed from afar appear to be effortless.

Ask yourself how well do I move and when I do move is it pain-free?

Take a few seconds and stand up, move your shoulders in a full wide range of motion. Are there any stiff and or sticky positions where discomfort rears its ugly head?  Repeat the same with your legs, wrists, ankles, knees, hips, and elbows. What about your spine, are you able to bend over and touch your toes without restriction? Are you able to squat comfortably all the way to the floor ATG without your back, knees, ankle or hips screaming in discomfort? It’s very important to find out what has caused distortion in your nervous system's reaction to gravity and of course, fix it.

Using time-tested protocols I’ll help you strengthen your joints, tendons, and ligaments. You’ll gain muscular strength and power through the use of various training tools and methodologies.  While extending your active and passive ranges of motion, which help relieve uncomfortable tension built up in the body from past injuries, stress, and other factors. In nature, animals learn by playing games whether its play fighting or just running around being curious about one's environment. A return to play, games will be used to establish new movement capabilities while still maintaining quality in motion.
